Support Center Technician

The Support Center Technician is the primary line of support for LockNET clients and operates within a state of the art Network Operations Center. This position will handle incoming service requests and resolve issues for all Level 1 projects, responds to managed system alerts, and determines when issues need to be escalated to Level 2 support.
Qualifications include knowledge of network technologies and Microsoft products, excellent customer skills, organizational skills, strong analytical ability and a good aptitude for technology. IT Procurement/Purchasing Specialist
Locknet, based in La Crosse is one of the Midwest’s leading IT and network security consulting firms. We are adding an IT Procurement/Purchasing Specialist – software/hardware to our La Crosse operations. This position is responsible for specified purchase requests for technical hardware and software, including finding sources within approved vendors and distributors, solving problems or reconciling requirements and availability, licensing, pricing and delivery, and placing orders as authorized. This position requires interfacing with clients; sales and engineering - excellent customer service skills are required. Qualifications include a basic understanding of Microsoft licensing, basic client server configuration, switching and routing. TCIP experience would be beneficial. You will need to be extremely organized and able to balance the daily demands of the position while keeping up with new and changing technologies from our vendors.
