AUGUST 6, 2007 - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

La Crosse, WI – Ben Potaracke (pronounced Potrosky) has started as Director of Information Technology at LockNET.  Mr. Potaracke will direct all technical staff, processes, strategies and technology assets of the corporation.  He will also have overall responsible for the LockNET client Support Center and continuing to improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction levels.

Over the past nine years, Ben worked himself up through the ranks at Franciscan Skemp Clinic in La Crosse, starting with help desk and making his way to the positions of Technical Services Manager.  He brings a solid IT management and development background including application of ITIL practices. In his most recent position at Franciscan Skemp he was responsible for department structure, staff development and budgeting.

Ben is a native of La Crosse, WI.  He received his B.A. from Viterbo in IT Management.  He is married with two kids and an avid bass fisherman.
